    Al Rashid: The annual celebration such an  occasion to renew the relation between the Chamber and its members

     


    Asharqia Chamber has announced yesterday Tuesday,30th  November, 2010 the winners award for the "Best Promising Facility", during the annual ceremony held by the Chamber under the auspices of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Fahad bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Eastern region and the presence of Vice President His Highness Prince Jalawi bin Abdulaziz Bin Musaad, Deputy Governor of the Eastern Province, and alarge number of businessmen of Eastern region , Arab and foreign ambassadors, government officials, and foreign embassies representatives in the Kingdom.

    In his speech His Highness Prince Jalawi bin Abdulaziz ,Deputy Governor of Eastern Province who expressed his pleasure and thanked God on the " Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz for the successful surgery he underwent.", And then congratulated His Highness Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, for all the return, as well as His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Riyadh region.
     
    His Royal Highness presented the greetings of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Eastern Region.
    He praised the significant efforts by the Chamber which plays a major role in connecting with Eastern region institutions and its activities.
    Furthermore, Prince Jalawy said: " Kingdom advanced in the eleventh rank to in the top Arab countries and Middle East and North Africa and ,also Kingdom has record the eighth rank in terms of foreign investment flows implemented.

    He called the government agencies and invited them for greater effort and activity to overcome the difficulties and obstacles, if any,
    Finally he congratulated the winners of the best promising facility award, expressing his hope that this success will reflect more achievements and contribution to serve the nation and its people.

    Al Rashid said that the annual reception for the businessmen is considered to be one of the most important events in which the chamber ensure launch annually, and that its importance increased with the patronage of His Highness Prince of Eastern region for its activities, pointing out to the "Eastern region; a capital of Gulf  industries Gulf ", and other community initiatives.
     
    Al-Rashid said that this ceremony crowned many of the achievements done by the chamber on more than one level, which serves the national economy or in the field of social responsibilities in the Eastern region.
     
    Noting to the chamber Award for best promising facility which ensures the chamber care and development of small and medium enterprises, which play a major role in raising economic growth, and enhance the performance of our national economy.

    As His Highness handed over awards of winning facilities of Asharqia chamber award "Best promising facility" in order of winners priority: Industries sector and support services ,Strategies sector,: in the first place Nayef Al-Qahtani on  "Logistics solutions Companies, and second place Ahmad Asiri for Gulf advanced technology systems, third place Ayman Al Tabjy for Quality Gulf  Quality Control).
     
    In the information technology and communications sector: comes in the first place Essam Al Zamil Remaal Company, and in second place Hussein Al Abkri for Ali Mohamed Al Abkri General Contracting, and the third Ali Ahmed Al-Said Trading company (Zero One).
     
    In the Education, training and consulting sector: comes in the first place Saeed Atef Saeed and Amr Al Madani for National talents for training and education, in the second place Abdulghani Al Rumaih for Taif Arabian for education and technical training, and third place Abdullah Al Amoudi for Ajyaal Al Mawaheb School.
     
    In the sector of tourism and entertainment: the first place comes Fareed Al Bukhari for Turath Al Sahraa, and second place Walid Mohammed Afif about the Al Jazeerah Hotel Suites, and Nora Mugaiteeb  for Noriyaat restaurant.
     
    For the interior design and decoration sector: first place comes Walid Al Shehri for Tumooz General Contracting, and second place Alaa Hariri for Her Architecture and interior design company - received on behalf of her, Dr. Abdulrahman Hariri  her father-, and third place Sami Al Suhaim for Furniture House and furnishings).
     
    His Highness also honored the Scientific Committee of the Award whom are Adel Al Serami ,the Assistant Secretary-General of the Economic Affairs and Committee Chairman ,also Dr. Salem Al-Ghamdi, Vice Chairman of the Committee, Dr. Nabil Shalaby, Bandar  Al Abdullatif, Fahad Al Qahtani and Mohammad Al-Zahrani.
     
    The award aims to activate the role played by small and medium enterprises to support and stimulate the national economy in general and the Eastern region's economy.
     
    A neutral committee was formed specially for this award, I which developed the necessary frameworks for the award, including the identification of the sectors most susceptible to economic success.

    This committee includes: Adel Al Serami, Assistant Secretary-General of the Economic Affairs, Dr. Salem Al-Ghamdi (King Fahd University) as Vice-Chairman of the Committee, and members of Dr. Samer Hammad (King Fahd University), Dr. Nabil Shalaby (Asharqia Chamber),Bandar Al Abdullatif (Asharqia Young Businessmen) ,Fahd Al-Qahtani (Asharqia Chamber), Mohamed Al-Zahrani (Asharqia Chamber).
